Job Title: Vendor & Partnership Manager

Description

  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, onboarding, negotiating, and maintaining strong partnerships that contribute to the growth and success of our company .
  • We are seeking a proactive, relationship-driven, and highly organized Vendor & Partnership Manager to build and manage strategic relationships with vendors, service providers, and brand partners.

Key Responsibilities
Vendor Management:

  • Monitor vendor performance and ensure compliance with agreed service levels.
  • Negotiate pricing, service terms, and partnership agreements to ensure value for the business.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing vendors and address any operational issues promptly.
  • Conduct regular vendor reviews and recommend improvements where necessary.
  • Identify, source, and onboard vendors that align with business's quality and service standards.

Partnership Development:

  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of potential partners.
  • Negotiate partnership terms and ensure successful execution of partnership agreements.
  • Identify and secure strategic partnerships with brands, organizations, and relevant stakeholders.
  • Develop partnership proposals and presentations.
  • Manage ongoing partner relationships to maximize mutual value.

Business Growth & Strategy:

  • Collaborate with marketing, operations, and leadership teams to execute partnership campaigns.
  • Develop initiatives that drive customer acquisition, revenue growth, and brand visibility.
  • Track and report partnership and vendor performance metrics.
  • Research market trends and identify opportunities for new collaborations.

Administration & Reporting:

  • Prepare regular reports on partnership activities, outcomes, and opportunities.
  • Ensure all documentation is properly filed and updated.
  • Maintain accurate records of vendor and partner agreements.

Qualifications

  • Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor`s Degree with 3 - 7 years experience.

Salary
N200,000 - N300,000 monthly.
